| BAKED APPLES
2 apples, cook on high power approximately 2 1/2-4 1/2 minutes 4 apples, cook on high power approximately 4-6 1/2 minutes
Suggested apples for baking "ROME". Core apples, leaving a small amount of apple at the bottom. Place 1 tablespoon brown sugar and generous sprinkles of cinnamon and 1/2 tablespoon butter in center of each apple. Place in the small bake and roast set. Cook approximately 4-6 1/2 minutes. Grate rind. Place on a paper towel and microwave on high 1 minute, stir and cook 1 minute. This gives you the dehydrated lemon or orange rind. Place in container for future use. To juice orange or lemon. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes. Remove and slice in half and juice. Equals 25% more juice from fruit. Freeze in 2 ounce container for future use. | |

| Yalah berry. Apple ni banyak khasiatnya. Samalah juga dengan banana, a banana a day makes the doctor go away. nampaknya kita mempunyai pandangan yang sama tentang perkara ini.
